From The Heart Yoga offers a variety of classes to suit your needs, integrating props and alternate poses to accommodate the uniqueness of each student. Classes are applied in a series of sessions for learning progression from week to week. Our Yoga courses are structured so that everyone can succeed at their own level of capability. Courses are also available for families and are also custom-tailored for individual instruction.    NOTE: Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students.

Drop-in All Levels - Hatha Yoga 

Drop-in classes will vary from week to week exploring different postures (asanas)  creating strength, flexibility, meditation and Yogic breathing. A wonderful way to  reduces stress to achieve overall well being. 

Time:  6:30pm to 7:45pm

Gentle Yoga / Level 1

 

10 Classes - $150

Gentle Hatha Yoga

A blend of yin yoga with passive, meditative, longer-held poses to target the deepest connective tissues – our ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body, with gentle yang poses to stregthen the muscles. Yogic breathing is practiced throughout class. 

Time: 7pm to 8:15pm

Dates: Series Mondays -starting April 1, thru to June 3 2024

INTRO to Yoga


 

4 classes for $80

Intro to Yoga -  has been created for first time and beginner students and those students who want to deepen their practice and review the basics. These sessions will guide students into a safe and fulfilling practice with use of props, Yogic Breathing (pranayama), meditation and postures (asana) alignment techniques. Basic principles of movement and body placement, undoing, rooting and expansion principles are explored. A gentle and calming class.

 

Time:: 7PM TO 8:15PM

Hatha Yoga - In The Garden, brings the beauty and grounding of nature into class.  Classes are taught to create strength, flexibility & to reduce stress achieving overall well being. Postures are taught in progression from week to week. A variety of Yogic breathing (pranayama) and five universal principles are explored within all posture (asana)  groups. Early bird classes energize for the upcoming day, evening classes are created to unwind and release in preparation for a restful evening. Continuing series from Intro to Yoga.

Specialty Saturdays

Focus on the Shoulders - Neck - Arms

4 Week Session - $80

Specialty: FOCUS on the Shoulders, Neck, Arms

Stuck behind a computer all day? Posture Rounding? This class focuses on opening up the chest, creating strength and flexibility in the shoulders, arms and neck.

Special Saturday Variety -  Weekly Saturday fun; these classes are geared for all levels, and change week to week. Try a flow to music, chakra classes, gentle hatha, etc. Style of each class will be posted weekly, two weeks prior to class. Class must be booked at least 3 days in advance by calling studio.

Class Type: Freedom Dance

A meditative guided and free flow dance class. Flow with the music letting it take you into deeper levels of your being. A fun and exilarating way to start your weekend. For all levels.
