Join us at the HEART & SOUL Expo in Hamilton on Feb 15, 2014 at 11am for a drop-in 40 minute Hatha Yoga class. We will explore standing postures, subtle body movements and the rhythm of the breath to awaken, strengthen and deepen the inner connection of the body, mind and soul.
HEART & SOUL Hamilton is part festival and expo. It is a two day event which hosts a series of lectures, mini-workshops and a marketplace focusing on the Heart & Soul of Sustainability such as Food,Community, Health, Wellness, Environment, Ecology, Culture and Core Values. Come and enjoy the day!
