Intro/Beginner Series 2 - classes starting soon - Feb 14 - 2020
Intro to Yoga/Beginner Series has been created for first time and beginner students and those who want to deepen thier practice and review the basics. These sessions will guide students into a safe and fullfilling practice with use of props, Yogic Breathing (pranayama), meditation and posture (asana) alignment techniques. Basic principles of movment and body placement, undoing, rooting and expansion principles are explored. A gentle and calming class.
